All in one facings

Hi everyone. Can anyone point me in the right direction of facings for neckline and armhole (all in one facings) for a dress or tunic? I need something that I can refer back to and Im getting confused with the best way to do it. Thanks for your help:-)

This is a technique Nehzat hasn't gotten to yet.  The search terms I used were "all" "in" "one" "facing" "neckline" "armhole".  "Combined" can be used instead of "all in one".  There was a lot of information.
